Matthew Klein is a brand strategist and story-driven creative leader specializing in building meaningful brands through visual storytelling. He holds an MBA from Bradley University (2024) and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management and Leadership with a minor in Marketing. Matthew has led the creative strategy and production of over 600 films for organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries, shaping projects from initial concept through distribution.

In 2021, his work was featured and credited in an HBO original documentary produced by Unrealistic Productions, a Mark Wahlberg company.

Outside of his professional work, Matthew draws inspiration from photographing nature and exploring National Parks across North America.

Connor Broderick is a creative director, cinematographer and photographer who enjoys leveraging his creative skillsets to share other’s stories. Connor has been working in the creative media industry for over 7 years since the age of 15, first starting out as a freelance videographer. Since then, he has worked on hundreds of projects across a wide variety of industries, gaining valuable experience in many areas such as producing, directing, cinematography, and post-production. Connor uses his experience and passion for creative storytelling to help build quality brands and drive meaningful results.

Connor is a graduate of Illinois State University, graduating with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Mass Media.

When not working, Connor enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and photography.

Kyle Petersen is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Multimedia-Communications with a concentration in video production. He has been involved in creating video and photo content for over 8 years since the age of 15. With a knack for visual storytelling of all kinds, Kyle has created content in a wide variety of areas such as business, corporate, aerial (drone), sports, wedding, real estate, event coverage, portrait, and documentary videography and photography.

Kyle has created and managed social content for many brands, generating over 7 million views across all of them. In 2023, he released his first directed documentary along with Matthew Klein focusing on ice climbers at Starved Rock State Park. Most recently Kyle finished a full season internship with the Kansas City Chiefs video production team filming games, community events, and assisting other studio/production needs.

When he’s not shooting or editing, Kyle enjoys being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and hiking, occasionally with a camera on hand to capture those priceless moments!

Kyle Russell is a multi-national award-winning photographer with over a decade of experience. Self-taught and versatile, Kyle's work spans photojournalism, extreme sports, live music, landscapes, and commercial photography. His work has been featured in publications such as Field and Stream Magazine and by notable artists including violinist Lindsey Stirling, country musician Rodney Adkins, and the rock band August Burns Red.

Kyle's approach to commercial photography centers on creating bold, energetic content that stands out and captivates audiences. Known for his dedication, Kyle often goes to great lengths—whether wading in freezing water or even lying in the mud—to capture the perfect shot. He also prides himself on his expertise in using off-camera flash units to create dynamic, impactful imagery.
