While the concept is inspired by a familiar experience, visiting a Seattle Sutton’s pickup location for the first time, the interactions were intentionally designed to be heightened and over-the-top. The elevated performances and pacing with rapid‑fire questions and growing disbelief exaggerate a very real realization: Seattle Sutton’s truly offers a plan for every scenario.

With the launch of their new “Choose Your Own Meals” plan, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating approached our team wanting to promote their new launch and tell that story in a way that felt unexpected, human, and stood out.
Our team completely overhauled our office/studio, to turn it into a space that looked and felt like a Seattle Sutton’s pickup location. We even brought an industrial freezer through the front door! Each second and talent movement was meticulously planned to weave the piece together.
Use comedy and some exaggeration in a typical interaction to emphasize the key message; Seattle Sutton’s has a healthy eating plan that will truly fit any scenario.
