Transforming Our Studio Into Seattle Sutton's Latest Campaign

With the launch of their new “Choose Your Own Meals” plan, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating was redefining how flexible healthy eating could be. They approached our team wanting to promote their new launch and tell that story in a way that felt unexpected, human, and stood out. We got right to work.

A Concept Built on Real Moments, Turned Up

While the concept is inspired by a familiar experience, visiting a Seattle Sutton’s pickup location for the first time,  the interactions were intentionally designed to be heightened and over-the-top. The elevated performances and pacing with rapid‑fire questions and growing disbelief exaggerate a very real realization: Seattle Sutton’s truly offers a plan for every scenario.

This allowed the key message to land with energy and humor, reinforcing the value of Seattle Sutton’s new offering without ever feeling like a sales pitch.

The Biggest Challenge: Turning Our Studio Into a Seattle Sutton’s Location

One of the biggest challenges, and opportunities, of this project was the set itself. To sell the authenticity of the story, we needed a space that felt like a real Seattle Sutton’s pickup location. The solution? Transform our own office studio.

After scouting an office furniture sale, debating which of the 6 office lamps best fit the scene, borrowing branded materials directly from Seattle Sutton’s, and even maneuvering an industrial refrigerator through our front door, the space was completely reimagined. The result was a believable, functional set that supported the performances and grounded the creative in reality.

Before and after images of our transformation are below.

From Concept to Final Export, All In-House

This project was handled entirely in-house by the reelCreative team. From concept development through final export, every phase of the process lived under one roof:

  • Concept development

  • Pre-production & script writing

  • Set design

  • Filming

  • Post-production

Our unique versatility allowed us to move quickly, stay aligned with the client’s vision, and push the creative further at every stage.

A Creative Partnership, Not Just a Production

These spots are a great example of what’s possible when a client and production team work as true creative partners. Seattle Sutton’s came to us with an exciting new launch and trusted our team to help shape the world’s first impression of it. Together, we developed a concept that stands apart from the kind of content brands often default to, creating something more playful, more narrative-driven, and more memorable.

Created Here. Seen Everywhere.

While Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating serves customers across the country, it’s worth noting that this campaign was built entirely at home.

The meals featured in the campaign are cooked and distributed locally, and it was important that the production reflected such. Every part of the project came together locally, from concept to final export; The work was produced by a local creative team, filmed in our studio, and brought to life using a mix of Seattle Sutton’s employees and community members who stepped forward to be part of the project.

This project is a reminder that nationally distributed work does not require outsourcing creativity or scale. Strong ideas, thoughtful execution, and trusted collaboration can live anywhere, and when they do, they carry a sense of honesty that audiences feel everywhere.
